Claire Murashima is a Southern California-raised, Japanese-Dutch queer woman of faith. She’s a production assistant at NPR.
In May 2021, she graduated with a bachelor’s in business from Calvin University, where she spent a semester learning about politics in Washington, a semester learning about social entrepreneurship in Chicago and her last year as student body president during the pandemic.
She has the most fun when testing the limits of her gluten intolerance, vacuuming, oil painting and teaching herself piano.
